How it works

From your assessment to a plan you understand.

We start by listening, then test what matters for your condition, then build a plan with clear goals and a way to measure them. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why.

Your path

Four steps, no guesswork.

  1. Your assessment

A 60- to 90-minute conversation with your physician. We go through your history, symptoms, past treatments, imaging, and what you want to get back to.

  2. Testing that fits your condition

Depending on your needs: gait and balance testing, a cognitive screen, mood questionnaires, and lab work.

  3. A plan built around your goals

One or more core treatments, supported by rehabilitation and metabolic care where it helps, with a realistic timeline and the measures we’ll use to track progress.

  4. Treatment, measured and adjusted

We retest at set points and change the plan based on how you respond, keeping what works and dropping what doesn’t.

Why it helps

We measure your progress, so you’re not left guessing.

Once treatment starts, we track what’s changing, keep your other doctors in the loop, and stay with you after the main course ends.

Progress you can measure

We agree on how to measure progress before treatment starts, retest along the way, and tell you if something isn’t helping.

Your doctors stay involved

With your permission, we share findings with your neurologist, primary care doctor, or surgeon and coordinate next steps.

Support after treatment

Many plans move to a lighter maintenance phase once the main course ends, with scheduled check-ins to catch changes early.

Traveling to Fort Worth for care?

Some patients come from outside Texas for a concentrated first phase of treatment, often 2–6 weeks, then continue with virtual follow-ups and their local providers. We’ll help you plan scheduling and a place to stay.
